Indiana police say they believe a 14-year-old girl who vanished a month ago is in danger and is likely no longer in the area. Aaliyah Ramirez, a dance student in Syracuse, was last seen leaving her home just after 8 a.m. on April 27, on her way to school. She never made it to the bus stop. A neighbor’s doorbell camera captured the last known images of the teenager. Police have mentioned three areas where they believe Aaliyah could be — Marion, Indiana, about 70 miles south of Syracuse; Georgia; and Palm Beach County, Florida — but they’ve released very little other information. About a week after her disappearance, Palm Beach County deputies visited a relative’s home there they did not find the teen.

Casey Anthony back in the news after calling 911 to report that a woman had thrown a drink on her at a Florida bar. The incident allegedly stemmed from the fact that the woman and Anthony had dated the same man, a police sergeant. The reported incident involving Anthony and patron Thelma Moya occurred on May 23 at O’Shea’s Irish Pub in West Palm Beach. Anthony told responding officers that she and Moya got into an argument and that she wanted to file a report as Moya verbally and physically assaulted her. She alleged that Moya threw a drink at her because Allison was texting her. Anthony said in the 911 call that she wanted the altercation documented as she planned to get a restraining order against Moya. However, she later claimed she changed her mind.

“Cult mom” Lori Vallow has been found incompetent to stand trial after prosecutors charged her with murder and numerous related offenses. Lori Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell, are facing new charges in the deaths of Vallow’s two children, as well as Daybell’s previous wife, Tammy Daybell. Tylee Ryan, 16, and 7-year-old JJ Vallow‘s bodies were found in Daybell’s backyard in June 2020. Daybell is also facing first-degree murder in the death of his wife Tammy Daybell, who he claimed died in her sleep in October 2019, and declined an autopsy.
Both Daybell and Vallow are charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in Tammy’s death.

California Police arrest two fatal road-rage shooting of 6-year-old Aiden Leos. Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were arrested in Costa Mesa Sunday night more than two weeks after Aiden Leos was fatally shot in his mother’s car. Police believe that Lee was driving the vehicle and the Eriz fired at least once into the car where Leos was riding in the backseat. As the Daily Mail first reported, Eriz’s social media accounts indicate he is a “gun fanatic.” His Instagram account features several photos of guns and videos of Eriz shooting firearms.

A Texas woman behind bars in connection with the death of 5-year-old Samuel Olson reportedly had plans to flee the state with his body. According to a motion for bail obtained by the Daily Beast, 26-year-old Theresa Balboa is accused of making plans with friends to travel to Louisiana with the child’s remains. She was captured in Jasper, Texas, at a Best Western motel before she could carry out her plans after a friend called in a tip to Crime Stoppers. Balboa is the girlfriend of Samuel’s father, Dalton Olson. Balboa was transferred back to Houston on Friday, on charges of tampering with evidence. She’ll likely face additional charges once the autopsy results are available. As CrimeOnline previously reported, Samuel was reportedly last seen May 3 in Houston, in the 8800 block of McAvoy Drive. Balboa said someone dressed up as a cop showed up with the boy’s mother and took him.
