Ghislaine Maxwell's attorneys are calling for a new trial after the news that at least one juror failed to disclose that he was a victim of sexual abuse. There may be as many as four jurors. The identified juror, Number 50, has given several interviews and has divulged that he told the other jurors his story during deliberations. The 35-year-old Manhattan resident has also said that he believed his admission helped convince skeptical jurors that the women accusing Maxwell could be believed.

Three homeless people fall victim to a serial killer in Miami. Two victims were shot, two hours apart. One died. The other survived after police are alerted by a witness who flagged down an officer reporting a person with a head wound. The third victim was stabbed to death earlier in the year, and connected to the shootings by an officer who notice a link between the two. That link was a black vehicle. Willy Suarez Maceo, 25, a Miami area real estate agent, owner of the car, has been charged.

News reports out of South Carolina indicate there is physical evidence tying Alex Murdaugh to the murder of his wife and son. Fitsnews.com reports their insider sources as saying law enforcement is making progress in the Murdaugh murders and an arrest could be coming. Harmony Montgomery was last seen at a home in October 2019. She was just five-years-old, but police say they weren’t notified until recently. Now we learn in the last 24 hours, her father, Adam Montgomery has been arrested. Montgomery was charged with felony second-degree assault against Harmony, as well as one misdemeanor charge of interference with custody and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg says officers are now working around the clock trying to find the blonde haired blue eyed little girl. According to Blair Miller, who adopted Harmony's younger brother, DCYF officials told him, Harmony had been reunited with her father. Miller had asked about the possibility of adopting Harmony as well. Police say they don’t have enough information to issue an Amber alert. A reward of over $33,000 is being offered. A hang-up 911 call leads police to find the bodies of two people and a third person injured. Lawrence Anderson has been arrested for the deaths of those two and the assault. It's now known that the victims were the convicted felon's family members. During his arrest, he confesses to another killing. Police find out that a neighbor was the first victim. Anderson broke into Andrea Lynn Blankenship's home, killed her, and cut out her heart. Anderson cooked the heart with potatoes, then tried to force-feed it to his family. In January, a Grand Jury will determine if the case goes to trial.
