Religious Fanatic Dad Kidnaps Tot, ON THE RUN, CAPTURED! Nov 01, 2022
    Show notes

Florida boy, JoJo Morales, 6, who was kidnapped by his religious fanatic dad and his grandmother, has been found.

Police say the boy was found safe 2,000 miles away in Canada. A private investigator working the case found an abandoned SUV containing items belonging to the little boy — in Maine very near the Canadian border.

Morales went missing after his father failed to return the child to his mother as part of their custody agreement. A tipster spotted JoJo at a Walmart.

Police believe 45-year-old Jorge Morales planned his disappearance act for more than a year, before taking his autistic son.

Delphi Man, 50, Charged in Double Homicide of Teen Girls, Abby and Libby Oct 31, 2022
    Show notes

It's been over five years since two Delphi girls, Abby Williams and Libby German, were murdered near a popular hiking trail across Monon High Bridge. Today, law enforcement announce an arrest in the case as 50-year-old Richard M. Allen remains behind bars, charged with two counts of murder.

The probable cause affidavit has been sealed, so evidence linking him to the crime is not yet available to the public. Allen has pleaded not guilty and is expected back in court in January.

Police say the investigation into the Delphi Murders is still ongoing and the tip line in the case will remain open.

24:52 - “There is nothing as an investigator that will make you stop cold in your tracks than an unexpected result at autopsy. It's something that makes you question your abilities. It's something that makes you question the care that you took with the case because this is key: Once the scene has been left, the body has been removed from the scene, and can never reset.”

25:34 - Autopsy reports that Kelly was in fact strangled and did not OD as suspected

26:32 - Question: Kelly was strangled with a tie. Why was that not originally obvious? Specifically, because ligature marks typically leave a mark

32:22 - Question: The other thing that we find out, which I find very interesting and kind of explains some things about the cocaine, knowing that he died from fentanyl and that it was cocaine that was found. We're looking at a good case of staging here, aren't we, Joe?

38:57 - The verdict is in

39:28 - Heidi Littlefield was sentenced to 115 years in a state prison, which included 60 years for murder. 20 years for attempted poisonings, and 35 years for conspiracy to commit murder resulting in a death

    Boy, 5, FOLDED DEAD IN A SUITCASE, Just ID'd Oct 27, 2022
    Show notes

A 5-year-old Georgia boy found dead in a suitcase in Indiana earlier this year now has a name, Cairo Ammar Jordan, and his mother is accused in his death.

Dejuane Ludie, 57, Anderson of Atlanta, is on the run. Indiana police say another suspect, 40-year-old Dawn Elaine Coleman of Shreveport, Louisiana, is in custody.

Investigators say the little boy died from an electrolyte imbalance. The medical examiner says that the imbalance was most likely due to a “viral gastroenteritis” caused by excessive vomiting or diarrhea.

Toxicology tests came back negative and the boy had no severe injuries. Police do not believe the boy was alive when he was placed inside the suitcase.

A mushroom hunter found the hardshell suitcase, which features the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. The boy's mother posted online recently saying she believed the child was really a 100-year-old demon.
