Healthy kind boundaries for the holidays with Randi Buckley Nov 30, 2017
    Show notes

Randi Buckley is a coach and teacher who helps women facing big life decisions. Her programme Healthy Boundaries for Kind People is revolutionary work. Randi has spent decades coaching Fortune 5 companies, she worked at the Chopra Centre and once acted as a stand-in for Penelope Cruz. She is also the Assistant Dean at the Concordia Language Villages, a residential language- immersion program for youth in 16 different languages where she offers program-wide training, leadership and coaching to staff from over 30 countries.

Randi is one of the wisest people I know and I wanted to chat with her about where our two worlds intersect - where self-doubt meets personal boundaries. This is a practical, philosophical and (it ended up being) quite a personal conversation about how to create safety for ourselves in relationships. As most of us are about to spend prolonged time with our loved ones, this seemed like the perfect time to get together.

How to create courage with Rachael Lucas Nov 16, 2017
    Show notes

Rachael Lucas self-published her first book aged 40 and it went on to sell over 130,000 copies. She is now a best-selling novelist working on her fifth book and has just been nominated for a Carnegie Medal for her YA novel, The State of Grace.

Rachael is also a certified coach, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and a Reiki master teacher. She also happens to be a fabulous human and we connected earlier in the year on Instagram. With her photos of life by the seaside with her partner (who is also a writer) in a rambling Victorian house full of books, children, dogs, teapots and typewriters, Rachael had me at hello!

I also know that Rachael has an incredible story of resilience and tenacity in the face of self-doubt and I wanted to talk to her about how she got to here. For anyone who loves books and words and has a dream (like me) of 'one day' writing a book, this episode is just for you.

    Self-doubt's Surprising Kryptonite Nov 09, 2017
    Show notes

Self-doubt has a rather surprising kryptonite and it feels like a bit of a game changer. I first became aware of this when I was coding my research interviews for my Master's dissertation about Self-doubt a few years ago, but I am now feeling ready to nail my flag to this mast!

And because I am a huge fan of information that can be applied, I’ve taken this learning and turned it into an actual thing you can do today.

I’m going to talk a bit about how I discovered this, why I think it so useful and important, and then we’ll walk through how you can apply it right now.

You’ll find a worksheet to help you here.
