Key Takeaways:
- Embracing Your Multidimensionality: Creativity is not a linear ladder or a rigid niche. Viewing your purpose as an evolving spiral allows you to honor all your passions—from art and writing to community organizing and spirituality—without trapping yourself in a box.
- The Power of Being "Cringe": Self-surveillance and the fear of online perception keep people underexpressed and fearful. Embracing "cringe," letting yourself play, and stepping outside societal trends is a key step toward true personal freedom.
- Unraveling "Good Girl" Conditioning: From early childhood and religious narratives (like the myth of Eve) to modern workplace culture, women are often taught that having hunger, desire, or curiosity is dangerous. Questioning why you are expected to be "good" within systems that profit off your shrinking is essential for self-reclamation.
- Art and Creativity as Radical Resistance: In a world increasingly dominated by rigid structures and automated "slop," authentic human expression—making things by hand, feeling deeply, and sharing raw truth—becomes a vital act of resistance and connection.
- Visibility is a Practice, Not a Habit: Nobody is born naturally comfortable with being perceived by thousands of people online. Treating visibility as a skill to build gradually, adopting a beginner's mindset, and focusing on impact over perfection makes showing up feel safe and sustainable.
We are born right now, on purpose, with a purpose. Your power is innate. If you were not so powerful, why would the world work so hard to make you forget it, disconnect from it, and outsource it?
