    Artificial Intelligence is here. It’s already impacting your daily life, and it’s quickly evolving. So, what exactly is it (and what isn’t it)? How do you cut through all the hype? And how can you leverage it?

    In order to properly tackle the topic of AI, we required a panel of heavyweights.     Technology of Truth: The Art & Science of Investigative Interviewing

    When you think of investigative interviews, do you envision TV crime shows? Dark interrogation rooms with detectives slamming the table demanding the truth while leveraging tech like see-through mirrors, “hot lamps” and lie detector machines? That’s the stereotype from film and television, but what does investigative interviewing really look like and who’s actually using it beyond law enforcement?
    In this episode of Connect, David Thompson, President, Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, discusses the art of interviewing and how investigators are using scientifically proven techniques and technologies to help discover the truth. David walks us through different types of interviews – from cognitive to participatory – and how each type can be used across both private and public sectors to benefit initiatives from loss prevention in retail to human resource-related issues in every industry.
