A couple of weeks ago, I talked about decisions -- how they shape us and how important they are in our lives. I challenged my listeners to send in videos of their life-altering decisions, and y’all did not disappoint! In this episode, I share a few of those videos and explain how truly important it is to listen to and understand other people’s stories. There is so much beauty in taking time to learn from others and applying what we learn to our own lives.
Reese Witherspoon‘s Green Smoothie:
(With added protein powder!)
Ingredients:
⁃ 2 heads of romaine lettuce
⁃ 2 handfuls of spinach
⁃ 1 apple
⁃ 1 pear
⁃ 1 lemon
⁃ 1 banana
⁃ 1/2 cup coconut water
⁃ 2 scoops Liv Body Vanilla Chai protein powder
⁃ 2 Celery sticks (optional)
⁃ 1-2 spoonfuls of almond butter (optional)
⁃ Scoop of Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roughly chop all ingredients (so they blend easily.)
2. Add your greens and your coconut water to blender, blend until smooth, (you may need to use a tamper tool.)
3. Add all of your fruit, blend until smooth.
4. Add a scoop of ice and blend.
4. Add almond butter and protein powder and blend until smooth.
5. Put into airtight containers and store in fridge or freezer!
