When Scott encountered anti-mormon content online, he turned it into a mission of faith through FAIR Jul 27, 2025

Show notes

"I have the fortunate experience of having seen so many critical questions answered that I just have faith that there's going to be an answer somewhere for most of it. But really for me, it also comes down to the Book of Mormon. Because I believe the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I have a witness of that. I feel that there is evidence of that, not proof, but strong evidences that indicate that it is true. There's testimony from witnesses, and the criticisms against it that I've looked at have been weak. And so when I come across a new question that I don't know the answer for, I always rely on- I know the Book of Mormon's true, so the church is true- even though I don't know the answer to this question. And there are some questions that don't have good answers for them. We just don't have the information."

No father at home and battling addiction, Will finds his true identity through his Father in Heaven Jul 20, 2025

Show notes

" I wish I had this knowledge at the age of 12 or even 8 when I was baptized. And I know it was probably preached to me, but I wish I would've grasped it. But I wish I knew who I was before. I wish I knew that I was truly a son of God. You can figure out who you are by gaining a relationship with your Father in Heaven. It's real. It's almost tangible. There's times where I say prayers and I feel the spirit so strongly that I'm speechless, you know? I think if we really try to get close to Heavenly Father, He's not going to hold back."

From ex-mormon social media to the Temple, Emma's gradual journey back to Jesus Christ Jul 13, 2025

Show notes

" It felt like the spirit was like- 'You have been trying to do this by yourself for so long, and I've been here the whole time, whether or not you choose to utilize it, I'm here the whole time and I'm here now and I'm not going anywhere. We're gonna get through this together.' And I needed that so bad because I had no idea how bad it was going to get."

Fertility trials sent Allie into a dark spiral, Jesus Christ gave her a reason to believe again Jul 06, 2025

Show notes

"When you're in those dark moments or dark places, it's hard to feel God, it's hard to find him in your story. Looking back on my whole story, I was expecting an answer of him removing this sickness from me, and it was more so Him showing up in my story. I believe in a God who works 24/7. I don't believe in coincidences. It's easier to look back and see His fingerprint, but ultimately He's there with you every step of the way, whether you see it or not."

Jasmin Rappleye: Polygamy, New Garments, Temples, and defending the church on social media in 2025 Jun 29, 2025

Show notes

" I think studying a little bit about a hard topic can be more dangerous than studying a lot about a hard topic because there's so much more under the iceberg that can help contextualize what's going on. And so I would definitely say if you're struggling, don't be afraid of the hard questions, but just do it with an approach of faith, hope, and charity. Take a deep breath, make sure you take your time and are doing it in a mindset where you are prepared to tackle these in a rational, reasonable, and faith filled way. But probably more importantly, I ultimately don't think that study and rational thinking is what really keeps people in the church. It really is having a relationship with Jesus Christ. It's those spiritual moments that make us realize that this is true, that this is good, that this is something that is going to bring so much meaning and beauty into my life and this is gonna bring me closer to God than anything else."

Josh's story of turning his back on Christ, only to one day realize.....Jesus never left him Jun 22, 2025

Show notes

" I remember the last thing that he landed on was talking about Jesus Christ, and I just remember thinking like, oh my gosh, like, what am I doing? How am I doing this by myself? How am I thinking I can possibly get through this crazy time in my life... How am I doing this alone? So I said, you know what, I'm going to read the Book of Mormon, everything revolves around this book, right? Let's see what it's actually about."

Don Bradley’s story of removing of records, rediscovering truth, and returning to Christ’s church Jun 15, 2025

Show notes

"One evening after work, I actually had been pondering all this. And just realized, I was completely convinced that God had tried to reach out to the world, reach out to me through Christ, and so I went into one of the little side classrooms that they have there that was empty and prayed, and just accepted Christ, confessed my sins, my sinfulness. And that night walking home I just experienced wave after wave of peace coming over me. I like to say it's not just like an absence of trouble. It's peace, like a positive, palpable presence, right? Something there. It felt so thick, you could cut it with a knife. I felt that God loved me. I felt God's love overwhelmingly."

Tattooed, Tested, and Transformed: Sage’s Journey to the Temple Jun 08, 2025

Show notes

"It's a little scary, you know, going to church with tattoos for the first time or having multicolored hair and going to church or dressing a certain way. But like at the end of the day, we are all children of God. He's just happy to see us there. And even if you don't feel like you belong, you belong because he accepts you. You belong because you belong with Christ. Not because you belong with the crowd, but because you belong with Christ."

“You got the wrong guy!” How God called Owen when he least expected it. Jun 01, 2025

Show notes

"This is what those athletes are missing, they are missing peace. They're missing hope. They're missing security. I have never been more confident in my life. In sports, we put on this facade that we're the best and we have so much confidence and it is so shallow. You do one thing and boom, our confidence is tanked. And so my invitation to those athletes would be, if you want to be more confident than you've ever been, if you want to have peace, you wanna have hope, you wanna have true belonging, if you wanna be blessed both temporally and spiritually... follow God and let him be the author and finisher of your story. I know that as I continue to trust in him, my life's gonna lead to places much, much better than what I could have done myself."

Convert from Catholicism, Emmanuel has his records removed and then finds his way back to the gospel May 25, 2025

Show notes

"Things continue to happen as long as you keep seeking. You know, if you're a seeker and you found the church, rev up to think about what you were doing when you were seeking. How much were you reading? How much were you praying? Who did you associate yourself with? Where did you spend your time? Okay. Get back into that mode, then come back to your current self. Game time! You'll be able to feel the gospel alive again."
