Criticism vs feedback-What’s the right way to effectively call out someone’s behavior & how to react when you make missteps Jun 09, 2020
    Show notes

This episode's topic is one that I felt wasn't being talked about in the midst of all the discussions this week. It was the idea of how to have conversations with people online, specifically on Instagram, how we are talking in the comments & how we are calling people out. I wanted to share this because I felt like it was a topic I had intimate knowledge with and could share perspective from someone who talks about social media for a living.

Learning to accept criticism & feedback for the things we've done and how to react to those who call us out & to make changes is key. I specifically talk about some examples that have happened this week, what to do & what not to do & learning from these examples. How to be able to discuss what's happening in a respectful manner online as a leader without bullying and how to learn and be able to look at yourself and make changes in what you know. I absolutely do not condone racist behavior & am talking about this not only on topic of race but when it comes to how to react when called out on any behavior.
