Why Did God Require Sacrifices for Sin? | Day 48 Feb 17, 2025
    Show notes

Day 48 | Leviticus 4:1–6:30God’s standards are absolute, His judgment is fair, and His forgiveness is for everyone. In today’s reading, we dive into Leviticus 4-6, where we see the detailed instructions for sin and guilt offerings. These sacrifices remind us that sin—whether intentional or unintentional—always has consequences. But God, in His mercy, made a way for everyone to receive forgiveness, no matter their status or resources. These themes carry straight into the New Testament, where Jesus becomes the ultimate sacrifice, offering salvation to all.

The Levites were set apart, purified, and dedicated to serve as representatives before God—foreshadowing how Christ would one day become the ultimate sacrifice for all. God’s Order and Purpose in the Offerings of Israel | Day 46 Feb 15, 2025
    Show notes

    Day 46 | Numbers 7:1-89

After witnessing God’s presence fill the Tabernacle, the Israelites respond with obedience and generosity. Each of the twelve tribes brings offerings to celebrate and support the work of the Tabernacle. But why did God command them to bring the same offering, each on their own day? And why were some Levites given carts while others carried everything by hand? This passage reminds us that God calls each of us to different roles, but all are equally important in His plan. Are you faithfully using the gifts He’s given you?
