There, Ted Reinstein finds contented cows at a dairy farm that’s run more like a guesthouse than a barn; visits a nature conservancy that gives a home to threatened or endangered species of swans, ducks and pheasants; and explores a destination getaway that features a collection of outlandish cottages you have to see to believe.
