    Episode 146 - Amy Dixon Aug 13, 2008
    Show notes

\nAmy reminds me of my own folksinging years in the early 70and#39;s while traveling Europe. She has that sweet lyrical voice of the great woman folksingers of that era.\nMy friend Mark Dvorak expresses it perfectly in a quote from her myspace site.\n"Amy Dixon-Kolar gives us lovely songs. Most are original, some are traditional; but each is her own, fresh and musical and artful. Her music touches us and quietly calls us to celebrate living; to reflect again on our humanity and on our community." Mark Dvorak/Singer-Songwriter, instructor andndash; Old Town School of Folk Music\nPlease join me and the CAU crew at Billand#39;s Blues Bar August 31, 2008 for Amyand#39;s CD release party. See you there at 7 PM.\nHere are some pics from the show. \n\n
