We were both encouraged by a lot of things we saw on offense, but the first half defense left us hanging with missed opportunities. Then, we take a stab at previewing this week's matchup with Texas. This Levi, Cole, and Marchie breakdown the UL-Monroe game and the 72 offensive explosion from the Cyclones. The win over the Warhawks showed a glimpse of what this offense can do at full capacity, and what the future may look like with the second team playing the entire fourth quarter. While the performance was impressive overall, the Cyclones certainly weren't perfect, so we take a look at a few of those weaknesses and talk about what those could mean for this weekend's matchup with Baylor, and the rest of the season going forward.
Then, we talk about this weekend's matchup with Baylor and how the Cyclone defense will look to stop the Baylor offense. Baylor's been impressive from a statistical standpoint against a slew of inferior teams, but did struggle last week in the second half of their win over Rice. Will the Cyclones' stout defense be enough to take down the Bears in Waco? Will the offense continue its hot streak?

Levi, Cole, and Marchie are back to discuss the disappointing end to this year's CyHawk game, and why there's a lot of hope left for the rest of the season despite the disappointing loss. Then, we talk about what our takeaways mean for the rest of the season, as well as in this weekend's matchup with UL-Monroe.
Finally we talk a little about the new "development district" Jamie Pollard revealed earlier this week, and what the implications are for the athletic department as whole. Unsurprisingly, this conversation gave way to discussion about what restaurants, bars, and shops should occupy the new commercial space, which gave way to discussion about fast food and chicken after Cole proclaimed that Whataburger was "not that good."
