Hey Carpool Crew! 🚗 Maybe you’re hanging out at the breakfast table, planning your weekend, or still lounging in your pajamas — welcome to a special Saturday episode of Carpooling with Jesus!

Today we’re talking about something everyone feels sometimes: fear. Even the bravest people — David in the Bible, me (Pastor Justin), and yes, even you — get scared. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to face fear alone.

Our verse today is short but powerful:
👉 “When I am afraid, I will trust in you.” — Psalm 56:3 (CSB)

David wrote this while he was running for his life, afraid and unsure of what was next. Instead of pretending to be strong, he prayed, “I’m afraid, but I trust you.” That’s real courage.

If Jesus were sitting next to you today, He’d remind you: “I see your fear. I know it feels big. But I’m bigger — and I’m right here with you.”

Sometimes we think the little things don’t matter—like cleaning up without being asked, saying thank you, or telling the truth about something small. But Jesus says otherwise! In Luke 16:10, He teaches that being faithful in the little things shows we can be trusted with bigger things.

In this episode, we’ll explore:

Why Jesus cares about small acts of honesty, kindness, and responsibility
How little choices shape the person you’re becoming
What integrity means (doing the right thing even when no one’s watching)
Simple ways to be faithful every day—like making your bed, helping without being asked, and choosing kindness over being right

In today’s episode of Carpooling with Jesus, Pastor Justin helps kids understand where jealousy comes from and how God’s wisdom can turn envy into joy. Through James 3:16–17, we learn that jealousy creates confusion, but God's wisdom brings peace, mercy, and kindness. We even hear about a real-life story from Pastor Justin’s son, Canon, who learned to cheer others on—even when he didn’t win.
