Who better to offer his perspective on this development than portfolio manager/investment analyst Greg Wendt, who has spent his entire career researching and investing in small-cap companies?     Jeff Garcia is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group. He covers consumer discretionary, financials, health care and information technology in Latin America. He has seven years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. He holds a bachelors degree from Stanford University.

    Shannon is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. She has 25 years of investment industry experience, including one year with Capital Group.
