We all know the stereotypes: the controlling mother-in-law, the aloof daughter-in-law. Why is this relationship often painted as inherently difficult, fraught with tension and unmet expectations? And what if it didn't have to be that way?

Together, we explore the often complex dynamics of the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship. Leann shares insights on expectations, communication styles, and the importance of connection. Show notes

We'll dive into how our language shapes health experiences, why the nervous system plays a pivotal role in resilience, and practical strategies to prioritize health and wellness over illness and disease. Don't miss the upcoming "Doodle Your Nervous System" workshop on January 2nd and 3rd at 1 p.m. Eastern. Join me for a fun and interactive session where you'll explore creativity as a tool to reset your nervous system. Bring your favorite art supplies, and let's get doodling!
