Jake Diebler had the interim tag removed and will be Ohio State's head men's basketball coach. Diebler signed a 5-year contract yesterday and will have his introductory press conference today at the Schott. Do we think this was a good decision by Ross Bjork and the Buckeyes? Dave Biddle and Dan Rubin discuss that on today's show.

Also, spring football practice resumes on Tuesday after OSU took last week off for spring break. The media will interview Ryan Day following practice on Tuesday. This will be his first time addressing the media since the departure of Tony Alford for Michigan, so that of course will be a main focus of the press conference. Also, what is Day's timetable for replacing Alford? How many interviews does he plan on conducting this week? Who might replace Alford?

It happened two days ago and it still feels strange. Running backs coach Tony Alford has departed Ohio State for Michigan. What led up to this? And more importantly, who might Ryan Day target to replace Alford in Columbus?

Also, the beat goes on for Jake Diebler and the OSU men's basketball team. Or, shall we say the *wins* go on for the Buckeyes? Ohio State knocked off Iowa 92-80 last night and will play Illinois this evening in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals.
