Ohio State picked up a commitment from 2023 defensive lineman Will Smith Jr. from Dublin Coffman on Sunday, giving the Buckeyes four commits in their 2023 class thus far. Smith is of course the son of the late Will Smith who was a star at Ohio State and in the NFL. Also on the docket:

Ohio State made a bit of an under-the-radar move on Tuesday when they hired Matt Guerrieri as senior defensive advisor and analyst. And in our opinion, it was an excellent hiring. Guerrieri is leaving Duke where he was the co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach, and Matt Baxendell joins Dave Biddle to discuss that, plus:

* A lot of Buckeye players have decided to return for the 2022 season which is obviously good news.
