Secret Life of A Plus Size Girl Jul 20, 2022

I've often joked that I feel like I'm living a double life. Not because I wanted to but because I felt like I had to. I carried so much shame behind some of my experiences and pride ultimately blocked the idea of ever sharing. A year ago, I finally evicted pride out of my life and took power over my story. Through sharing my personal experience as plus size girl it helped me realize that my secrets weren't my own. So this episode is for us, it's for every plus size girl who carried shame about decisions she's made or felt frustrated at how society treats us.
