Are you looking to strike a balance between traditional “success” and personal fulfillment? Are you looking to take a break from work but not sure how long is too long? Are you looking to ‘test’ a new career while not giving up your current job? This episode is for you!
This week, we’re answering all of your questions about career changes! To help answer your questions, talk about the ‘great resignation’, and discuss the changing career landscape, I brought on Bea Kim, a career coach who helps people find their life purpose.
She serves primarily founders, high potential leaders, and executives, but also helps larger companies like Google and PG&E. Along with coaching, Bea co-founded Awaken, a leading provider of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion education programs that go beyond just “checking the box.”
Bea also pursues her passion for helping the next generation of women leaders as a group coach for the Stanford Graduate School of Business, facilitating deep conversation for the Women in Management program.
