1. Make sure you plant the seed early on… Don’t judge someone base don what you think they may want. Let them decide. Open the door and paint the picture… yes this is when they are becoming a customer.

2. Their personal experience as your customers, make sure it was Excellent. Nordstrom Example – having someone go out of their way to make sure they have a great experience.

3. Lead by example. If you want to be a team leader, you want to attract hard workers you have to be there to set the pace. This will not only motivate your tam, but it will grow their belief

4. Interview that happy customer then show them the comments by their friends, ask them how they would like to move forward getting info to these people. Make sure to listen to hear our exact verbiage.

5. Ride shot gun with them. When you enroll or sponsor a new team member, don’t just put them in an automation or leave them to their own training. Hold their hand…. Make sure they know you are there for them and will help them. In our Network Marketing accelerator course, we teach this on the 30 days to CEO!!

6. Get to know their pain points. Do they need a community? You have that. Do they need extra $$? You have a way they can do that. Do they need a purpose? This can give them that. More examples in the podcast.

1. Sunday Planning with spouse and family

2.Meal planning as family for week and order groceries right then -plus double on ones that can freeze well.

3. Finding out chores that are age appropriate and having everyone help out.

4. DO NOT take their laundry and turn it inside out .

5. Have a morning routine

6. Habit stack.. have girl time while exercising or watch housewives while folding laundry or making dinner.

7. Work on time-consuming tasks in small doses. .

8. Schedule your day based on your peak times of productivity

9 . Schedule a mid week fun thing that you can look forward to each week.

Or date night with a sitter on weekend. You need to have fun too!

10 . OUT SOURCE all things you can let someone else do.

43-How to get your family on board with your goals Feb 26, 2021

Here are our top 6 tips on how to do this:

1. What and Why are you doing this? Write it down and then ask your spouse when you can share this with them so they understand why you are doing it. DO NOT FORCE the time ask when they are free to talk. Then after you share ask them if they have anything to share with you about their goals.

2. Share the financial side, how much can you make/how do you plan to achieve that? Do you understand the compensation plan to explain to them? If not set up meeting with your upline or leadership team to understand how to explain or ask your spouse to be on that zoom with you. Then ask your spouse what they would like to see you achieve financially.

3. What will you two use the money for? In S&D we never talked about it I just did what I want, I had a sense of this is mine..NOT GOOD if you want to have a good relationship.

Will we pay off debt? Plan a trip? Invest? Do something for our home?

4. Involve the family in that goal. If you have kids at home this one was huge for us. Once we talked and came up with plan I showed ryan how fast I could achieve that and then how much I would need to work. then we had a family meeting

Sacrifice where that would be

How they could help

Quality time would be important

End result lets plan a trip together and fill in as we get close to reaching it. 90 day runs are great for this

5. TIME- Managing your time

I get excited about this and passionate so I needed to set up boundaries right away to not burn out my spouse and my family or myself.

what nights are off? what nights am I working ? what times do I not look at my phone? Let your leadership team know too so they can step in and help with 3 way calls, messages, zooms, etc.

6. Get them involved-ask them ideas, are they using the product you sell? Share that you want them to feel and experience it to understand it. Have them share if they are open to it with their friends/family, etc. Ryan saw he could have car paid for he was open to bringing them to me

BONUS: Do something nice for your spouse. Show your spouse you appreciate their support as well. Got a bonus? Maybe get them a small gift to say thank you for supporting me or when you get your first comma check with level you gift them something to say thank you

6. Control your emotions- it is not about you!
