Are you prepared for floods? Natural disasters? Hint hint.
Dog theft is a new thing. And although none of us can bear the thought of our family pets going missing, leaving them miserable and at risk, around 40% of all animals reported lost have actually been stolen.
According to the stats, over 60% of these are tragically never recovered.

How are you going to defend yourself if threatened while walking your dog?

I’m just here to remind you that you still matter. You’re not alone. I may not understand exactly how you feel, but you’re not alone.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
800-273-TALK (8255)
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is open 24 hours a day, every day. Services are also available for veterans, and for Spanish speakers.
988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launched nationally.
