BravoCon 2024 Cancelled - Is The End of Real Housewives & Andy Cohen at Bravo Near? Apr 20, 2024

Show notes

Bravocon 2024 has been cancelled. Why would one of Bravo’s most successful components be cancelled? We answer this question in light of decreased Housewife ratings, multiple lawsuits, Housewife city delays a la RHONJ, Dubai and RHONY, an RHOM several month - at best, for now - pause, lack of an RHOA cast even with Porsha returning, Teresa and Melissa unsustainably - to use Andy’s word - not speaking to each other at all, an RHOP season which has concluded with a beyond fractured cast and much, much more. Denial is the ultimate comfort zone but today is the day we invite you all to Step Behind The Rope and face many uncomfortable and difficult possible truths and outcomes that we all have been trying to avoid.

Kathy Hilton & Rinna Reunite & Reconcile, Scheana Slams Jax As Loving “Pasta” & Jax Apologizes to LVP Apr 14, 2024

Show notes

Kenya Moore is set to return to RHOA’s Season 16 making her the current longest holding peach. Drew Sidora is rumored to be returning and Shereé is rumored to be on the chopping block. Will these changes be enough to save this once top rated franchise along with the return of Porsha or have we, as an audience, moved on? Speaking of broken franchises, we break down the RHOP reunion, blaming Candiace for the physical brawl with Deborah, the lack of accountability from several cast members, Andy’s boredom, Karen’s attempt to save the franchise and where this severely divided cast and franchise goes now. Lisa Rinna and Kathy Hilton reunite and reconcile as Kyle Richards weighs in. Scheana Shay slams Jax Taylor as being ALL about the “pasta”, Jax apologizes to LVP and The Valley plugs along as its newbies learn the game.

JACKIE SIEGEL (on RHOM, RHONY, Below Deck & The Queen of Versailles) Apr 14, 2024

Show notes

Jackie Siegel steps Behind The Rope. Jackie Siegel from the infamous, before its time, Reality Documentary “The Queen of Versailles”. We chat with Jackie about her “rags to riches” story of getting and falling in love with her now husband David. That “rags to riches” story included their decision to build the largest, at that time, private residence house in the United States of America, aptly deemed “Versailles”. What does one do when building the largest private residence? Why, hire a film crew to document the whole event. Duh, obvi. The result was 2012 Sundance Film Festival US Best Directing Award and Critics’ Choice Award Best Documentary Nominee “The Queen of Versailles”. What started out as a film documenting the construction on this residence and the fun lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous Siegels, turned in to somewhat of an expose of extreme wealth in the face of the unexpected economic crisis the country was facing during filming. “Expose” is not an understatement considering husband David’s lawsuit against the finished product. Jackie is forthcoming about all and her early days in the “reality” space. Speaking of reality, Jackie is friends with many a Real Housewife and we discuss some of her friends. We also discuss her desire to join the Real Housewives franchise, her past application to RHONY, her past rejection from RHONY, and her possible involvement in The Real Housewives of Miami. Jackie also pulls back the layers of what it is like to be a guest on Below Deck and the one thing Beck Deck Producers told her was off limits. We figured today the perfect day to share this blast from the past chat with the one and only Miss Jackie Siegel.

Show notes

RHONJ is not even back on the air yet and so much is already going on, again, behind the scenes. DMs and videos have surfaced of Louie Ruelas coming for Marge and her rumored Walmart deal, Melissa weighs in and Marge prepares to clap back. Speaking of Louie, he launched his new biz venture last week right here in our very own sunny LA. We break down the new biz, Vinivia - you are welcome Louie for the free plug we normally charge for, discuss the launch party and ask the obvious, is Tre paying for all this? Melissa Gorga sees a ghost, Dolo takes center stage, Rachel Fuda crops Tre outta the cast pic, John Fuda engages with fans, we apologize and wonder, with Tre and Mel not speaking at all, is RHONJ headed for a complete overhaul after this season. Here we go again….
