Hi, I’m Rivky Itzkowitz I’m the founder and designer at Impact Fashion and I’m the host here at Be Impactful, the show about women making an Impact in their own corners of the world. I started Impact Fashion in November of 2016 so that the modest minded women in my community could feel empowered to put their best foot forward every day, regardless of their size. In the process of growing my business I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with women of all different types and from all different fields. And the main lesson I’ve learnt is that we are all just improvising. We’re going around doing the best we can with what we’ve got, feeling self conscious about what everyone else is accomplishing. The truth is, the people who you’re looking over your shoulder at are probably doing the exact same thing to someone else.
So let’s talk about the real nitty gritty in our lives and journeys and lift each other up by being just a bit more open. Join me and my guests as we try to figure out what it means to Be Impactful.

Music aside, she's a big believer in the power of kindness, spreading positivity, and that a smile can go a long way. Franciska Kosman, the founder of Kay Productions,is a Jewish Orthodox Art-Preneur who started her career as a singer and composer. She has achieved international success with over 60 singles released. Following her success in music, she went on to establish Kay Productions, which provides a range of services including content development, producing, marketing, and ways to create an impact with a meaningful message.

Franciska's personal experience of feeling depressed and disillusioned with her industry led her to create her podcast. The show not only helped her to build a market for her business but also a community. She now provides a platform for others to have a voice and helps them to do the same.

She shares what led her to convert to Judaism in high school, her experiences with antisemitism and death threats, including a run in with David Duke, and some of the obstacles she faced while working to mandate holocaust education.

Alma Hernandez (born April 11, 1993) is an Arizona politician serving as a Democratic member of the Arizona House of Representatives for the 20th district. Hernandez was elected in 2018 to succeed Macario Saldate, who was term-limited. She was the youngest woman elected to the Arizona House of Representatives.

Jodi Klaristenfeld is mom to Jenna, an adorable little girl who was born at 28 weeks due to a rare and life-threatening form of preeclampsia called HELLP Syndrome. After Jenna's early birth, Jodi quickly discovered preemie families aren't always given the support they need.

An attorney by education, Jodi now runs a family business in Manhattan. Jodi created FLRRiSH to be a light in the dark, a source of information and inspiration for preemie families – cutting out confusion, managing overwhelm, and offering unwavering support.
