Looking back, you can see your growth, where you came from, where you are not returning to. Because you know better now. The outcome is you, yourself and you again.     Gone But Never Gone, Here But Always Here. Losing a Loved One. Feb 01, 2021

    I woke up last week to find that a dear friend’s daughter and unborn grandchild had died due to violence. I felt paralyzed when I heard the news paralyzed at what this mother may be feeling as to her child and grand child just like that.

    I Have been distraught for months now over how many people worldwide have lost loved ones to COVID-19 and violence , gone just like that. It has touched my family also we have lost family member to covid-19 my breaking and aching for everyone.

    So, today’s podcast is quite different from our regular podcast.

    Men and Self Love (3 Part Series) Male Menopause Referred To As -Andropause – Low T maybe , maybe not Testosterone Deficiency , Symptoms, Natural Wellness To Support Andropause Nov 02, 2020

    Listen In Podcast: I am hoping to speak to you in the areas of prevention and awareness.
    Male menopause is a condition that affects older men. A lot of the symptoms can be linked to symptoms that are linked to declining testosterone levels and aging.

    It is also referred to as andropause, androgen decline in the aging male, late onset hypogonadism and low testosterone.

    Ok so let do a little research now .

    What is andropause.

    The actual cause of prostate enlargement is unknown. Factors linked to aging and changes in the cells of the testicles may have a role in the growth of the gland, as well as testosterone levels. Men who have had their testicles removed at a young age (for example, as a result of testicular cancer) do not develop BPH.
    A person’s testosterone level will fall naturally with age — by 1 to 2 percent per year — but some medical conditions, lifestyle choices, and other factors can influence the amount of this hormone in the body.

    Listen In: Self Love is becoming mindful and intentionally practicing for one's own well-being and happiness in a constructive way rather than narcissistic negative behaviors).

    Self-love defined as "love of self" or "regard for one's own happiness or advantage" has both been conceptualized as a basic human necessity to truly achieve happiness and balance in your life

    On the other hand, if we as human beings enter the realm of being a narcissist with a tendency for narcissistic behaviors then we move to the dangerous character and moral flaw within yourself which can be looked at as vanity in yourself or selfishness.

    It is a fine line between not enough and too much. So, check your behaviors at the door. Recognize what you need inside of yourself to become whole without demoralizing others with negative behaviors such as the French would say amour propre, announce - (amoure prop), conceitedness, and egotistic behaviors leading to narcissistic behaviors.

    So, from here let us dig into the positive side of Self Love
