Nano-Ojas behaves differently from anything on the market today. This novel nanoemulsion harnesses the body’s innate healing power by acting on nuclear receptors (present in the nucleus of every cell) which contains the software necessary for homeostasis, or the critical balance between interdependent processes. SKWAD was founded by Elise Kandrac, a mother of 3 teenagers.
She saw that how her children perceived they looked was more important than their actual accomplishments and the impact of this on their confidence was overwhelming.
YOUNG SKIN IS GENDER NEUTRAL
Finding products that worked for her daughter without causing long term detrimental effects to young skin was difficult but finding products for her son became more of a challenge because most were not geared towards boys. Then she thought, why do these products need to be gender specific?
MOISTURISE WITHOUT LOOKING GREASY
It was not until years after being a teen herself, that she learned drying out your skin is not the most effective way to combat spots. Most teenage focused products did just that, dry out skin rather than nourish and protect young skin. Therefore, she started working with an award winning formulator who confirmed her theory and together they worked to create a bespoke range focusing on quick, effective skincare with sustainability and the environment as factors at the forefront of both ingredients and packaging decisions.

What is CordBrick? Nov 13, 2023

Ever drop your phone cord by your nightstand? Need to manage cords better around your desk, or while traveling? Enter CordBrick, a patented device and cord solution created by serial entrepreneur Nick Barrett, AKA "CordBrick Nick." Made of silicone and weighted with steel, its unique design allows it to adapt to ANY charging situation and since there's no adhesive, it can be used multiple times. It comes in several colors, including glow-in-the-dark (limited availability), making it the perfect stocking stuffer for anyone with a phone.
How does it work? It weighs down and gathers cord ends with a weighted, specially designed BRICK of silicone and can wrap cords for travel, with easy unwrapping too.
