In fact, when we take a look at the Human Design types, the 9 to 5 work culture is simply not designed for the individual, unique human beings that are employed to work them.

Having spent 25 years in the Silicone Valley startup culture myself I was astonished by the warped ideal of what a company founder should look like, and that this person doesn't actually exist! We are bending our energy, compromising our ideals and negatively impacting our wellness to fit into a career that isn't serving us.

When we work, we give energy and we need to be receiving the same energy back through our wages.

The trade-off for the current broken work model is no longer worth it.

Norman J Liverpool IV grew up in a strong Christian household, his grandmother started their church and his uncle is the pastor to this day. With no gay role models to offer him hope or inspiration during his younger years, Norman never even dreamed that one day he would be inspiring an LGBTQ+ community with his words of empowerment.

I recently had the most incredible conversation with Jordii Chevalier (@journeythruthedarkness), a fellow Certified Spiritual Life Coach with a focus on life transitions (check her out she's doing some pretty awesome stuff).

What are the stories that you are telling yourself?

Storytelling can help you find the clues within your life, scattered across the years. Clues that point to the answer to the following question:

“How can I live my best life?”

Discover the stories you have created around what is and isn’t possible, how they have blocked you or prevented you from living a fulfilled life, and how to use stories to shift your thinking and ultimately, to change the world.
