With spring just around the corner, we thought we’d start getting excited about spring cleaning! There’s nothing like those first nice warm days where you get to open the windows and start clearing out the weight of winter.

Allison and Ceara share tips about cleaning out physical spaces such as your closet, car and home. We also took the conversation beyond deep cleaning to include digital spaces (camera roll, email inbox, social media) and things that may be causing mental clutter (overthinking, work stress, bad friendships, too much time on social media, busy schedules, etc).

Sometimes life can get moving so fast that we end up accumulating responsibilities, subscriptions and unnecessary items. This episode serves as a great reminder to slow down, be mindful and determine what matters most to you.

Today we’re joined by Nebraska native turned LA resident, Hannah Roeloffs. Hannah moved to LA right out of high school to pursue a career in fashion and has worked with some of the biggest fashion brands in the industry, leading her to start her own clothing company, Illie Society.

She also has worked in the content creation space, working for the Funk Bros (over 6 million YouTube subscribers) and even building a following of her own! Our Goal Setting Process for 2022 + Sharing Our Goals Jan 07, 2022

We all know that January is a great time to reflect and reset after the holidays. While there can be a lot of pressure around feeling the need to “rebrand” yourself and set the stakes high, we want to encourage you to find what works for you. We share our goal-setting process and what has helped us turn our wishes into tangible plans. Through our journey as young adults, we’ve both aimed too high and aimed too low. Ideally, you want to reach enough out of your comfort zone to soar, but not so high that you can’t sustain the process and end up calling it quits.
