Roberts the Founding Director of the Center for Sports Leadership & Innovation at the University of Texas. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Roberts decided to take a sharp right turn and pursue a football coaching career. After asking 32 NFL teams for an internship, he finally received a “Yes” from the Kansas City Chiefs. He went on to serve coaching stints with the Detroit Lions, West Virginia Mountaineers and Cleveland Browns. He holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government from the University of Texas (2001), an M.P.P. from Harvard’s Kennedy School (2004) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (2007). Roberts is a contributor to Forbes.com, and his articles have appeared in The Dallas Morning News, Fortune, Houston Chronicle and Time.

    Darsh Singh is a man who made history when he took the floor for the Trinity University basketball team as the first turbaned Sikh to play in an NCAA basketball game. He’s worked with the National Security Agency and currently serves as portfolio manager at Satori Capital. When he became the target of a hateful meme in 2015, he used the episode to wage a vigilant battle against hate. Read this excerpt from his Dallas Morning News op-ed: "Silence sends a message to those who are suffering from prejudice that you believe they should be victimized. It also sends a message to the perpetrators that you agree with their actions. By speaking up and engaging in thoughtful dialogue with groups that have very different backgrounds than us, we can break the walls of ignorance in our communities and connect with each other on a deeper level."
