S1E7 RHOC: Horseshit, Bullshit, and Meditations on MRSA Jul 07, 2023

Show notes

After watching RHOC this week, Ramona & Margee conclude that Tamra is terrible at fashion and friendship, that Spanx-less-In-Montana Shannon might be the best Shannon, and that Gina could be a genius if she parlays her campfire meltdown into a ride back to indoor plumbing & a real bed! Today’s A Therapeutic Dose will leave you pondering, what’s grosser: Bison for dinner? MRSA in your body? Or Ryan sending a (limp!) dick pic?... This season of Orange County continues to offer a full buffet of meats and mental health issues. And it's chowtime, y’all! Enjoy.

S1E6 RHOC: Heather Untethered Jun 30, 2023

Show notes

Ramona & Margee are delighted (but not surprised!) to see Heather reveal herself to be an Internet Movie Data B*%CH! Other revelations from this week’s RHOC include: Shannon is a Miranda; if we never hear another mechanical-bull-riding double entendre again, it’ll be too soon; and the featured guest star of the episode was… meats. The OC remains fertile ground for the mental-healthcare-avoidant because... OC’s gonna OC, guys. OC's gonna OC.

S1E5 RHOC: Heather Don’t Bro Jun 22, 2023

Show notes

Ramona & Margee dip into the OC to discover it’s flush with short kings! They also realize that Heather Dubrow Don’t Bro has them both inordinately bothered and they commit to use the remainder of the season to figure out what the actual f*%@ that’s all about. They also share how they consumed ranch dressing in college - Ramona ate fat-free ranch in Washington, Margee drank buttermilk ranch in Michigan. Like Emily’s daughter, Ramona and Margee are “a LOT.” Come temper your big feelings with them on this week’s A Therapeutic Dose!

S1E4 VANDERPUMP RULES: Scandoval’s Out For Summer! Jun 15, 2023

Show notes

Ramona and Margee ponder if EMDR might help the cast of VPR? Then they happily put Scandoval to bed forever (for now). They also report on the return of Tamara & the end of CUT Fitness in the OC. And they take a look at some scripted shows (Beef, The Idol, etc) that will keep them therapy for infinity! If, like LVP, you’re too traumatized for equine therapy, then this week’s A Therapeutic Dose is especially for you.

S1E3 VANDERPUMP RULES: Liar-palooza 2023 Jun 08, 2023

Show notes

The final installment of the VPR Reunion is a battle for “Who’s The Worst.” And everybody wins. Ramona & Margee touch on everything from Vanderpump à Paris (nobody cares, Lisa!), to Sandoval’s British accent (bad.), to the complicated web of lies two poo-poo heads tried (and failed) to weave. The only thing that emerged looking great from this reunion was Brock’s haircut. Here’s A Therapeutic Dose to help manage all the rest!

S1E1 VANDERPUMP RULES: The Reckoning of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Little Dick Jun 02, 2023

Show notes

It’s time for your first Therapeutic Dose! This one will flood your bloodstream with Scandoval as Ramona & Margee evaluate and relate to all the mental health messes on display in Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 Reunion!

S1E2 VANDERPUMP RULES: Trim the ”Fat” Please - VPR Season 10 Reunion Part 2 Jun 02, 2023

Show notes

Ramona & Margee weigh in on Part 2 of the Vanderpump Fools Reunion. They also weigh in on “fat,” which leads them to tell the story of their friendship meet-cute in a 12-Step room 23 years ago. So be like Scheana in her trailer - put on some soft pants, grab a White Claw, and settle in for your latest Therapeutic Dose!
