Oral Health and Mortality - Fast Facts: Perio Edition with Katrina Sanders Jan 30, 2023

Researchers tracked a group of 5000 people over 17 years and found that patients who never brushed their teeth at night increased risk of death between 20-25% compared to those in the same group who did brush nightly.
