Red meats, processed meats, organ meats, refined carbs, white bread, white rice, dessert, sweetened beverages, sodas, and sports drinks - these are several of the elements of a pro-inflammatory diet which trigger chronic diseases (e.g. perio disease) in our body.

Cory also has a connection with Parkinson's Disease as his dad was diagnosed in recent years. This led him to be heavily involved in working towards raising awareness.
