Hola familia, y bienvenidos al Día 48 de nuestra Novena del Rosario de 54 días. Soy su host, Maritza Méndez. Muchas gracias por estar aqui con nosotros, y una cálida bienvenida a todos los que se unen por primera vez.

Hoy es Lunes de la Octava de Pascua, lo que significa que seguimos celebrando con alegría la Resurrección de Cristo. En la Iglesia, la Pascua no es solo un día—¡es una temporada! La Octava de Pascua son ocho días que comienzan el Domingo de Pascua, y cada día se celebra como una pequeña Pascua. Es un tiempo para dejar que la alegría de la Resurrección llene nuestro corazón.

El tema de hoy es Buscar la Sabiduría. La sabiduría es más que conocimiento—es un don de Dios que nos ayuda a ver con claridad, elegir lo correcto y caminar en Su voluntad. En momentos de duda o confusión, la sabiduría divina nos da paz y dirección.

Hoy podemos preguntarnos: ¿Estoy invitando a Dios a mis decisiones? ¿Me detengo a orar antes de actuar o hablar?

Hello family, and welcome to day 48 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena! I'm your host Maritza Mendez. Thank you so much for joining us today and a very warm welcome to anyone who is joining for the first time.

Today is Monday in the Octave of Easter, which means we’re continuing the joyful celebration of Christ’s Resurrection. In the Church, Easter isn’t just one day—it’s a season! The Octave of Easter is the eight-day period beginning on Easter Sunday, where each day is celebrated like a mini Easter. It's a time to let the joy of the Resurrection settle into our hearts.

Our theme today is Pursuing Wisdom. Wisdom is more than knowledge—it’s a gift from God that helps us see with clarity, choose what is right, and walk in His ways. In moments of confusion or uncertainty, divine wisdom is what steadies our path.

So today, let’s ask: Am I inviting God into my decisions? Do I pause and pray before I act or speak?

Hola familia, y bienvenidos al día 47 de nuestra Novena del Rosario de 54 Días. Soy su host, Maritza Méndez. Muchas gracias por estar aqui con nosotros, y una cálida bienvenida a todos los que se unen por primera vez.

¡Cristo ha resucitado! ¡Aleluya! Hoy es Domingo de Pascua, el día más alegre de nuestra fe. La muerte ha sido vencida y la esperanza está viva. Jesús ha triunfado, y Su victoria también es nuestra.

Quiero decirles que mi corazón está lleno de alegría. Gracias por darme la oportunidad de orar con ustedes en esta temporada. Ustedes son parte de esta hermosa familia de oración, y me siento muy agradecida de caminar este camino juntos.

Ahora que hemos entrado en el tiempo de Pascua, recordemos que no termina hoy. La Pascua dura 50 días, hasta Pentecostés. Es un tiempo para seguir viviendo a la luz de la Resurrección, profundizar en nuestra fe y compartir la alegría de Cristo con los demás.

Sigamos orando, amando y viviendo con fe y gratitud.

Christ is risen—Alleluia! Today is Easter Sunday, the most joyful day of our faith. Death has been conquered, and hope is alive. Jesus is victorious, and His victory is ours too.

I just want to say how full of joy my heart is—thank you for giving me the opportunity to pray with you during this season. You are part of this beautiful prayer family, and I’m so grateful to walk this journey with you.

Now that we’ve entered the Easter season, let’s remember—it doesn’t end today. Easter lasts 50 days, all the way through Pentecost. This is a time to continue living in the light of the Resurrection, to go deeper in our faith, and to share the joy of Christ with others.

So let’s keep praying, keep loving, and keep showing up with faith and gratitude.

Hoy es Sábado Santo, un día de silencio y espera. Jesús está en el sepulcro, y el cielo y la tierra guardan silencio. Este día nos invita a confiar y a hacer espacio para Dios en el silencio.

En este mundo tan ruidoso, el silencio puede ser difícil, pero ahí es donde Dios muchas veces habla con más fuerza. Hoy es un día para reflexionar, descansar y prepararnos para la alegría de la Resurrección.

¿Qué hacemos hoy como católicos? Esperamos, oramos, reflexionamos y, si podemos, participamos en la Vigilia Pascual. Si no, basta con un momento de oración en silencio. Dios también trabaja en lo escondido.

Hello family, and welcome to day 46 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I'm your host Maritza Mendez. Thank you so much for joining us today and a very warm welcome to anyone who is joining for the first time.

Today is Holy Saturday, a quiet, sacred day of waiting. Jesus lies in the tomb, and all of heaven and earth holds its breath. This day invites us into stillness, into silence, and into trust.

In a world that is constantly moving and noisy, silence can feel uncomfortable. But it’s in that silence that God often speaks the loudest. Today is about embracing that silence—letting our hearts rest, reflect, and prepare for the joy of the Resurrection.

So what do we do today as Catholics? We wait. We pray. We reflect. We keep vigil. Some attend the Easter Vigil Mass this evening, the most beautiful and powerful liturgy of the year. But even if you’re not able to attend, take a moment to sit in quiet prayer. Light a candle. Read Scripture. Be still.

God is working, even in the silence.

Hoy es Viernes Santo, uno de los días más solemnes y sagrados de nuestra fe católica. Recordamos la Pasión y crucifixión de nuestro Señor—el acto de amor más grande. Jesús abrazó la Cruz, no por obligación, sino por amor a ti y a mí. Lo dio todo para que fuéramos libres.

El tema de hoy es Abrazar la Cruz—no solo recordar el sufrimiento de Cristo, sino preguntarnos: ¿Cómo me llama Dios a tomar mi cruz y seguirlo? Ya sea una cruz física, emocional o espiritual, no la llevas solo. Jesús camina contigo.

Entremos en este Viernes Santo con reverencia. Honremos el sacrificio de Jesús, no solo con palabras, sino con el corazón.

Today is Good Friday, one of the most solemn and sacred days in our Catholic faith. We remember the Passion and crucifixion of our Lord—the ultimate act of love. Jesus embraced the Cross not out of obligation, but out of love for you and me. He gave everything so that we could be free.

Today’s theme is Embracing the Cross—not just remembering Christ’s suffering, but asking ourselves: How am I being called to take up my cross and follow Him? Whether your cross is physical, emotional, or spiritual, you are not carrying it alone. Jesus walks with you.

Let’s enter into this Good Friday with reverence. Let’s honor Jesus’ sacrifice not just with our words—but with our hearts.

Hoy es Jueves Santo, un día sagrado en el que recordamos la Última Cena, cuando Jesús nos dio uno de sus mayores regalos: la Eucaristía. Su Cuerpo y Su Sangre, entregados por amor a nosotros. La Eucaristía no es solo un símbolo—es Jesús realmente presente, alimentando nuestras almas.

Today is Holy Thursday, a sacred day where we remember the Last Supper, when Jesus gave us one of the greatest gifts—the Eucharist. His Body, His Blood—freely given for us. The Eucharist is not just a symbol, it is Jesus truly present, nourishing our souls and uniting us more deeply to Him.

This moment is the heart of our faith. Every time we go to Mass, we’re invited into that same supper, into the mystery of His love and sacrifice. Let’s take a moment today to reflect with gratitude on this gift and, if possible, attend the Mass of the Lord’s Supper this evening.
