    The Ashen Thief - Episode 142 Nov 15, 2019
    Show notes

This week, we root through our back of goodies for a review of The Ashen Thief. This supplement takes a look at those Cainites who use deception, thievery, and murder to get what they want in the Dark Medieval world. Additionally, It also takes a deeper look at the subtle Promethean movement and the violent Furores: two sects seeking to overthrow the established orders of the Dark Ages. Sorry if you hear any construction sounds in the podcast. Folks were putting up drywall in Bob’s place during our recording and some of it may have gotten in. The Ashen Thief was written by Geoffrey Grabowski and Sarah Roark and was published June 21st, 2000 by White Wolf Publishing.

World of Darkness: Blood and Silk - Episode 141 Nov 08, 2019
    Show notes

Oh man, this week we return with a poorly executed review of World of Darkness: Blood and Silk. What we thought was a book for Vampire: the Dark Ages turns out to be a book for Kindred of the East. Because of the implication, we now provide you with this sort-of first attempt at a review! Blood and Silk is actually a supplement that brings Kindred of the East into the Dark Ages timeline of 1197.
World of Darkness: Blood and Silk was written by Bruce Baugh, Geoffrey C. Grabowski, Ellen P. Kiley, and James Kiley and published by White Wolf Publishing May 1st, 2000.

    The Erciyes Fragments - Episode 138 Oct 04, 2019
    Show notes

Welcome! We’re back with another Vampire: the Dark Ages review. This week, we explore The Erciyes Fragments. Meant to be an in-game prop, the Fragments tell an alternative perspective on the book of Nod: Potentially that of Caine’s himself.
This beautifully written book of Noddist Prophesy will be a welcome addition to any vampire game, past or present.
The Erciyes Fragments was written by C.S. Friedman and published on December 6th, 1999 by White Wolf Publishing.
”Maybe if he hadn’t killed his brother, White Wolf would have given his book a title that people could pronounce” – C.S. Friedman

    Cainite Heresy - Episode 134 Sep 06, 2019

Wolves of the Sea - Episode 133 Aug 30, 2019
    Show notes

This week, we review Wolves of the Sea. This sourcebook for Vampire: the Dark Ages explores the Nordic, Viking, and Einherjar culture. Additionally, it introduces new vampiric ideals, abilities, backgrounds, systems, roads and more.
From White Wolf Wiki: From out of the north they come, relics of centuries past but deadlier than anything that has ever sailed the seas. For even in the enlightened year of 1197, when true Vikings are just a bloody rumor of the past, there are still knorrs filled with true sons of Odin and Thor, waiting for a chance to loot, pillage and slaughter.
Wolves of the Sea was written by Geoffrey C. Grabowski, Jason Langlois, Roman A. Ranieri, and Jess Heinig and published on November 12th, 1998 by White Wolf Studios.
