Letting go of the past can be incredibly tough, especially when we’re faced with moments we wish hadn’t happened or find hard to accept. This hit home for me just last week when my almost 92-year-old dad took a fall on cement. During those first few hours in the hospital, I found myself caught in a cycle of resistance, replaying it all in my mind, wondering what we could have done to prevent it—essentially arguing with reality. My lack of presence wasn’t helping my dad or the situation.
In this episode, I share a process to help you embrace your current circumstances (even if you don’t like them), stay present, practice gratitude, and lean into uncertainty as your ally—especially during challenging times. Tune in to discover how this approach can bring clarity of thought, reduce stress, and add more ease and hope to your life.
