Part 3 of Bad Boy Month. A tale about someone I loathe very much because of their pride. If only you could cut arrogance with a knife! He loves to represent the number 3, so this is also called: A minion from the trenches, or a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Summer's Eve AKA The Funk Poem Aug 05, 2022
    Show notes

The Book, Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, was the "highest ranked work of non-fiction" of the 1990s. The Author detailed the differences between the sexes. Recently, a particular fellow made a comment that stirred up some controversy. As if he wanted a debate or battle. His opinion was skewed so, I've shared my point of view.

Teacher Appreciation Day Poem Jul 15, 2022
    Show notes

This is Part 3 of Dedication Month.
Teacher Appreciation Day, sometimes also referred to as Teachers' Day or National Teacher Day, is an event held annually in the United States to honor and appreciate teachers and recognize their lasting contributions to education and society and the lives of their students. It takes place on the Tuesday of the first full week in May and is the main day of Teacher Appreciation Week, a week-long celebration of the work of teachers. Students prepare gifts and thank you cards to give to their teachers on this day, and events are held in many schools to mark the occasion. (Calendarpedia)

La La Land - When the workforce went ghost in 2021 Jun 24, 2022
    Show notes

“When Woke doesn’t Work.” We should call it the great exodus of employment, since people are quitting, interviewing, and “ghosting.” They want more of everything, so I’ve shared my takes.
In 2021, more than 42 million employees left their jobs. And between April and August 2021 alone, workers resigned nearly 20 million times, according to the Bureau of Labor statistics.
A large share of resignations came from workers on edge in their toxic workplaces or continually feeling burnt out without any relief. Working from home during the quarantine gave them time to think about what they really wanted in their career. (HR Exchange Network)
