    Show notes

I didn’t plan this update, but it needed to happen. Life has felt messy, chaotic, beautiful, grounding, and grief-filled all at once. In this episode, I open up about everything I’ve been walking through, healing after loss, navigating love, facing my truth, and running a retreat that cracked me (and nine other brave women) wide open. Ep. 66 Are Weight Loss Injections Safe? GLP-1, Peptides, Hormone Therapy, & Anti-Aging Explained | Denver Lane Jul 14, 2025
    Show notes

I’ve been a skeptic of weight loss shots for years… As a health and fitness pro, I’ve always believed in movement, nutrition, and mindset over quick fixes. But my brother, Denver Lane, founder of Nulevel Wellness, has been nudging me to at least have the conversation.

    So we did. On air.

In this raw and honest episode, Denver and I dive into the truth behind weight loss injections like semaglutide and tirzepatide—the good, the bad, and the myths that need busting. We talk about:

    • What these medications really do in the body

    • Why coaching and nutrition support are non-negotiable

    • How hormone optimization plays into long-term wellness

    • The risks of muscle loss, undernourishment, and going it alone

    • And yes… the future of aging well

It’s one of the most important (and controversial) health convos I’ve had, and it might just change your perspective like it’s starting to change mine.
