Vulnerable Podcast

Vulnerable with Christy Carlson Romano is a candid look at what happens after the credits roll.

Long before conversations about child stardom, burnout, reinvention, mental health, and growing up in public became commonplace, Christy was sitting down with actors, creators, former child stars, and cultural icons to talk about the parts of their stories people rarely get to hear.

Now, we’re reopening the Vulnerable archive.

In these conversations, Christy goes beyond nostalgia to explore ambition, identity, relationships, failure, resilience, and what it actually takes to build a life after the version of yourself the world thinks it knows.

Best known for Even Stevens, Kim Possible, and her years growing up on screen, Christy is now telling her own story more fully than ever. Her memoir, Once Upon a Trainwreck: The Fall and Rise of a Child Star, arrives October 6, and she returns to the screen this holiday season in Holiday Ever After.

Some of these episodes were recorded years ago. Listening to them now, with everything that has happened since, hits differently.

Welcome back to Vulnerable.

Call Me Curious

Is sugar really more addictive than cocaine? Does intermittent fasting work? Should I buy crypto? We’re all on 24-7 information overload, on our news feeds, in our inboxes, on TikTok… it’s hard to know what is real and what isn’t. Every week on CALL ME CURIOUS, Nikki Boyer (Dying for Sex, The Daily Smile) and friends like Mr. Malone are going to dive into all the things you’ve heard about, but don’t really know about. That’s right – No more nodding along at parties or running into the bathroom to Google, “Why do people get nipple rings?” We’ll learn and laugh as we explore life’s little mysteries, the internet’s hot topics, and burning gotta-know questions.

Audible subscribers can listen to all episodes of Call Me Curious ad-free right now. Join Audible today by downloading the Audible app.

The Bugging Out Podcast

Our world is riddled with disasters, pandemics and civil unrest. As populations continue to rise and our communities become more and more dependent on our modern systems, the entire civilization becomes increasingly fragile and unstable. Living in this society requires us to think beyond the current safety of our homes and to imagine a time when home, becomes dangerous. When leaving becomes vital, when bugging out becomes necessary. Introducing a new podcast series for preppers, survivalists and everyday people who understand the fragility of our 21st century existence and who want to hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

Theories of Everything with Curt Jaimungal

Exploring theoretical physics, consciousness, Ai, and God in a technically rigorous manner. If you’d like to support this endeavor, then please visit the Substack https://curtjaimungal.com as you get ad-free extras. Thank you for your charitable and kindhearted support. My name’s Curt Jaimungal, a Torontonian with a degree in mathematical physics from the University of Toronto and I analyze various Theories of Everything from this analytic perspective, though more and more opening up to alternative approaches. The separating factor of TOE from other podcasts is its focus on depth even at the risk of limiting the audience due to how much detail we delve into subjects. Paralleling the intensity found in academic discourse, we’re increasingly embracing a spectrum of unconventional ideas to conduct research during this podcast, rather than merely conveying existing information.

Bel-Air: The Official Podcast

Welcome to Bel-Air: The Official Podcast, hosted by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Miles Gray. Each week, join Jeff and Miles in honest and open conversations with the visionaries – both behind the scenes and in front of the camera – who brought this fresh, dramatic reimagining of an iconic sitcom into the present day. Each episode, Jeff and Miles will sit down with a guest (or two) to ask their own burning questions of the show’s creators, and break down the themes the show addresses with their real-world implications, all while talking about their favorite scenes. It’s a culture podcast; it’s a TV podcast; but it’s not a recap podcast. Tune-in to Bel-Air every Thursday on Peacock.
