Mommy Confessions is a honest look into motherhood, womanhood, and sometimes fatherhood, through a lens of comedy and no b.s. conversation. Each week Angel of That Chick Angel TV invites a different mommy guest to make candid confessions.
If you’re riddled with mom guilt, your temper scares you, you’re terrified you’re screwing up your kids and are afraid to admit any of those things out loud….this podcast is for you. Hosted by Danielle Bettmann, parenting coach for families with 1-10-year-old strong-willed kids, Failing Motherhood is where shame-free vulnerability meets breakthroughs.
Every other week is a storytelling interview about one mom’s raw and honest experience of growth that leads to new perspectives and practical strategies and every other week solo episodes focus on actionable insight into parenting your deeply feeling, highly sensitive, *spicy* child.
Here, we normalize the struggle, share openly about our insecurities, and rally around small wins and truths. We hope to convince you you’re not alone and YOU are the parent your kids need. We hope you see yourself, hear your story, and find hope and healing.
Welcome to Failing Motherhood. You belong here!

The Church is experiencing a profound renewal — a new springtime of faith. But what does that look like in your home? In your parish? In your daily life?
We are living in a time of tremendous opportunity for renewal: a new springtime. As Catholics, we aren’t called to retreat from the world, but to become leaven within it—to live so fully in the joy and freedom of the Gospel that our lives might become an invitation.
Let’s explore what it means to live as an authentic Catholic family in our time: the beauty of the Faith, the reality of raising children in Christ, the struggles and triumphs of Catholic life, and how ordinary families become instruments of the New Evangelization. From marriage and parenthood to education and community, let’s look at how joy—rooted in Christ and His Church—might become the normal rhythm of Catholic life.
Let’s usher in the New Springtime Pope John Paul II proclaimed. Catholic family life doesn’t have to look perfect to be beautiful. The world doesn’t need more noise. It needs to see Catholics living with conviction, charity, and contagious joy.
Let’s make joy normal.
