Feed: a food systems podcast

Is local or global more sustainable? What role should meat play in our diets? Who holds power in the food system? In a polarized world, this podcast explores the visions, values and evidence behind these debates. Feed, a project of TABLE, is in conversation with diverse experts who are trying to transform the food system.

Originally established as a collaboration between the University of Oxford, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), and Wageningen University & Research (WUR), the TABLE network has since grown to include la Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. This podcast is operated by SLU.

Pasta Grannies

The Pasta Grannies podcast is hosted by Vicky Bennison, creator of the successful YouTube Channel, Pasta Grannies! In her videos, she travels Italy collecting real Italian grandmothers to share their delicious, traditional cooking with you.

This brand-new podcast will pay homage to these wonderful nonnas and their recipes.

Each week, Vicky will be joined by a well-known guest who will choose their favourite nonna recipe from the Pasta Grannies’ library, and together, they will recreate it in Vicky’s kitchen.

While they cook, they will chat about all things food, family and life.

Then of course, they get to taste their efforts to see if they match up to the expert nonna’s skills!

Whether you are new to Pasta Grannies or a die-hard fan, do join us for our podcast for your weekly dose of cooking, chatting and a lot of laughs! Ciao!
