Muscle Intelligence — Longevity, Training & Human Performance with Ben Pakulski

You don’t have to decline. Your body is more capable than you think. This podcast will show you how.

Muscle Intelligence is the podcast for high-performing men who want to build muscle, optimize hormones, extend their healthspan, and maintain full cognitive and physical output as they age.
Ben Pakulski spent 25 years as an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, coach, and researcher, working with and learning from the world’s leading experts in longevity, performance medicine, testosterone optimization, peptides, and human performance. Every episode takes that body of work and gives you something specific to do with it.

Most men lose muscle, hormonal function, and mental clarity through their 40s and 50s without knowing it’s happening or that it’s reversible. Ben has spent 25 years working on exactly that problem, alongside the coaches, physicians, and researchers who have the best answers.

If you’re an executive, entrepreneur, or serious athlete who wants to train smarter, age better, and get advice from someone who has done the work, this is your show.

Topics include: muscle building, body composition, peptides, hormone optimization, longevity, cognitive performance, sleep, nutrition, and the systems high-performing men use to operate at their best in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

New episodes every Monday.

Why We Run

In the before times, I had this podcast where I interviewed runners, while we were running. It literally took me years to figure out how to record people running: I made a ton of mistakes, fails and heaps of frustrations. (kinda like learning to run…eh?)BUT I nailed it down, and it was great! 13 glorious episodes of heavy breathing, feet pounding and truth telling…all while running and laughing. THEN COVID. BOO.But we are back and I am interviewing people who happen to run, but via Zoom this time…Season 2, if you will. So far I have interviewed writers, musicians, a singer and a BISHOP! Each episode is full of laughter, fun and we get deep into why people run. And if you would do me a solid, please subscribe and share…because sharing is caring. THANK YOU! Want to start running?? Wellness: Fact vs. Fiction

Welcome to Wellness: Fact vs. Fiction with cardiologist Dr. Danielle Belardo, a podcast dedicated to debunking wellness trends, exploring fact-based medicine, and busting any headline that’s more “hype” than happening. Each week, Dr. Belardo will interview top experts in a variety of fields including women’s health, dermatology, exercise science, gastroenterology, mental health, and—her personal favorite—nutrition science. She will be addressing common myths that, even as a preventative cardiologist, she once fell victim to, and sharing whether the latest tips from Goop, Rogan, or other so-called experts are indeed facts or just pure fiction. Dr. Belardo’s mission is to cut through the noise and help you to stop wasting your time and money on anything that doesn’t actually bring you the health and happiness we all deserve. This is the podcast where scientific debates and discussions are fact-based and nonsense pseudoscience can take a hike. Wellness has been unwell, so let’s change it!

Be sure to rate, review, follow and comment about what not-so wellness trend you would like to hear debunked. Follow Dr. Danielle Belardo @daniellebelardomd and the podcast @wellnessfactvsfiction.
