Meanwhile, Stitcher meets with the ship's doctor and reveals the inky dark spot that continually grows down her arm after her deal with the jackal emissary of Tursus. Knowing that a sailor will not ignore the omens, Stitcher prepares herself for the chaos that is about to ensue.

The party heads to investigate after leaving Layla with Himo, a wood elf migrant from Endoleth. When they are stopped by an unlikely admirer, they are entrusted to save the realm from the retribution of Nyriam's followers.
