On July 4th 1956, a family was celebrating the holiday near Widstoe, UT. Vilate, who was just 15 months old, wandered off and disappeared. After searching extensively for days, it was determined that she was most likely kidnapped. They did not find any of her clothing, or her beloved teddy bear. Was Vilate kidnapped or did she succumb to the injuries of a wildlife attack?

Joe Hill and a Brief Hisory of Utah Executions Oct 20, 2020

In 1914, Joe Hill was put on trial for murdering a father and son. Although there was no motive and no evidence, he was sentenced to death. Despite President Wilson and other well-known figures asking for clemency, his sentence was carried out.

In the early 2000s, three women seemingly walked away from their homes, never to be seen again. Two of the women had boyfriends in prison who had connections to the same man, Scott Kimball. The other missing girl, happened to be Scott Kimballs step-daughter. Once families started comparing stories, it was discovered that Scott Kimball was the missing link in all the disappearances. But would the FBI believe at their long-time informant was to blame?

When three bodies are found on a rural Idaho farm, they are quickly identified as Cheryl Baker, and Najda & Payton Medley. Their families had reported them missing 10 days earlier. The first link they found between the missing women was a man named Mike Bullinger. However, Mike was nowhere to be found and still hasn't been located more than three years later.

In the summer of 1955, Jocelyn Hickenlooper was ready to celebrate her 23rd birthday. Just the day before, she was seen walking away from her home with two unknown people. Her body would be discovered in Parley's Canyon 16 days later. A developmentally delayed acquaintance of hers was questioned by detectives until he confessed. Although there was no evidence linking this man to her murder, he was confined to The State Hospital for the Insane. Shortly after, Jocelyn's case was closed and her real killer has never been identified.

In November 1987, Korrina Sagers was reported missing after not arriving for work. Her husband Steve insisted she left voluntarily. Less than one year later, her 11 year old daughter was seen waiting at the bus stop, but was never picked up by her school bus. A note left at the scene suggested that Korrina came back for Annette. However, the mother and daughter have never been seen or heard from since.
