Episode 16: Shoutout Moms May 15, 2019

Show notes

Lets take a moment to thank all the moms out there. Welcome y'all to the 16th episode of the podcast! Gonna be completely honest me and Dave were feeling pretty down before recording the episode and we worked through those feelings by taking a moment to just chill before recording and it helped out so much; next time you're feeling overwhelmed or just not up for things in the moment just take a step away and relax, read a book, listen to some music, create a NEW positive moment. This was a fun one and as always an emotional roller coaster. We appreciate each and every one of you for listening and follow this wonderful journey! Until next time!
