Chiefs-Rams is an instant classic and assessing the Cowboys' playoff chances Nov 21, 2018
    Show notes

Let's face it. Chiefs-Rams on Monday Night Football was one for the ages. There's no place better to start than the epic 54-51 battle that saw insane passing numbers, incredible defensive touchdowns and probably the best two young QBs in the league.

Yahoo Sports' Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson then move onto a very wide-open NFC East and discuss what the expectations should be for what was initially seen as a disappointing Cowboys team (17:30).

Later, they discuss Houston Cougars defensive tackle Ed Oliver, his sideline jacket fiasco and whether NFL teams even care about this stuff when it comes to consensus top 10 picks (28:30).

To wrap up the show, they discuss how the weekend's most enticing games and what the NFC's wild card weekend could look like (37:00).

Week 11 Sunday Night Freestyle: The Eagles no-show, the Bears keep rolling and Jalen Ramsey is on the block? Nov 19, 2018
    Show notes

The New Orleans Saints put up 48 points on the Super Bowl champs on Sunday in a game that resembled a lopsided college tilt. The Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl hangover continued in the Big Easy and it's getting to be the point in the season where there are fewer and fewer chances for miracle comebacks.

Yahoo Sports' Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson recap a whirlwind Week 11 Sunday in the NFL starting with the Eagles' no-show against the Saints, the Pittsburgh Steelers coming back late to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Chicago Bears' continued dominance of the NFC North. They hit every Sunday game and share their thoughts on Lamar Jackson's first NFL start, Alex Smith's injury and some questionable play-calling from the Indianapolis Colts.

Moving Monday Night Football, a gap year for Le'Veon and goodnight to the Peterman Nov 14, 2018
    Show notes

Tuesday was a very busy day in the NFL.

First, Le'Veon Bell did not show at the Pittsburgh Steelers' facility nor sign his franchise tender, thus making one of the league's most exciting running backs ineligible to play for the rest of the season.

Next, with only a week to go before the league's marquee Monday night matchup pitting the Kansas City Chiefs against the Los Angeles Rams, concerns about field conditions in Mexico City forced the NFL to change venues and move the game to the LA Memorial Coliseum.

Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson and Terez Paylor go around this busy day in the NFL starting with a behind-the-scenes account of how the league decided to move the Monday Night Football game from Mexico City to Los Angeles.

After that, they break down the Le'Veon Bell news from many angles: how the Steelers feel, his possible landing spots next offseason and if we could see more players taking a "gap year." (8:30)

    Also on the show:

    - Terez has an impassioned rant about the Detroit Lions (23:30)

    - Hue Jackson lands a job with the Cincinnati Bengals (27:30)

    - An ode to Nathan Peterman (30:30)

    - The Giants beat the 49ers on Monday Night Football (33:00)

    - Terez and Charles preview the most exciting matchups of Week 11 (34:15)

Week 10 Sunday Night Freestyle: Cowboys and Titans beat last year's conference champs Nov 12, 2018
    Show notes

Ten weeks through the season and certain teams are coming into form (the Los Angeles Chargers and Rams look great) while other teams are more in flux (the New England Patriots without Rob Gronkowski do not).

Yahoo Sports' Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson go around the league and offer their thoughts on all of Week 10's Sunday games. Starting with the Chicago Bears win over the Detroit Lions, they have some harsh criticism for the coaching staff in the Motor City, discuss what seems to be the end of Todd Bowles' time with the New York Jets and compare the Kirk Cousins and Alex Smith eras with the Washington Redskins.

    Show notes

After an embarrassing Monday night loss at home to the Tennessee Titans, Yahoo Sports' Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson report on the state of panic and frustration from inside the Dallas Cowboys organization and whether Jerry Jones is cut out to be the GM and the owner.

Later they talk about the rumors of Bruce Arians being interested in the Cleveland Browns' coaching job and John Harbaugh, Todd Bowles and other NFL coaches who could find themselves unemployed in the new year (14:00).

They wrap up the show with an update on Le'Veon Bell's absence from the Pittsburgh Steelers (26:30), the possibility of Dez Bryant signing with the New Orleans Saints (31:00) and a preview of Week 10's most exciting matchups.

From there, they recap the coaching bloodbath in Cleveland that left both Hue Jackson and Todd Haley jobless, who they think could be the next head coach of the Browns and if they think it could be a landing spot for Josh McDaniels (19:00).

Yahoo Sports NFL experts Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson break down the trade including why the Cowboys were fine with giving up a 1st and what this means for the obviously tanking Raiders.

Later in the show, they address the other big names on the trading block and where they could land, the beef between Eric Reid and Malcom Jenkins and why no NFL team would ever produce anything like the controversial Toronto Raptors hype video.
