WWP Episode 23 - Backlash Preview - WhackTown Dec 28, 2018

Show notes

Fred and Craig are here to preview the SmackDown brand's first exclusive Pay-Per-View Backlash this Sunday! They also run down WWE Monday Night RAW from 9/5/2016 and the go home edition of SmackDown Live on 9/6/2016 heading into the PPV. They can't seem to agree which show is better at the moment, but they sure can agree that there's a lot more to be desired with the 5 hours of live WWE programming each week. They offer predictions and analysis of the build to the AJ Styles vs. Dean Ambrose WWE World Heavyweight Title match, the new SmackDown Women's Championship 6 Pack Challenge, Dolph Ziggler vs. the Miz Intercontinental Championship match, the Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton match, the SmackDown Live Tag-Team Tournament Finals between Heath Slater/Rhyno and likely the Uso's. They also like how they protected American Alpha in the kayfabe injury during the Uso's heel turn. On the RAW side, they think the top of the card has been very solid heading into Clash of Champions, but the lower tier roster leaves a lot to be desired. Check it out!
