Linda's morning smoothie recipe (serves 2):
- 6 ice cubes, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 4-6 frozen whole strawberries, handful of fresh spinach or other greens, 1 banana, 1 scoop Simple Truth vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop Vital Reds, 2 tbl cashew yogurt, 1 tbl almond butter, 1 tbl Bob's Mill wheat germ, 2 tbl flax seed, 1 tbl chia seed, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1 cup (or to taste) oat milk. Blend and serve.
