We’re all familiar with that feeling of having the alarm buzz at the “wrong” time! In this episode, I recall the time when I was the human alarm clock for my sons and here I make some parallels between mornings of excitement, compared to mornings of doom.
As adults we can attest to those emotions of wanting to ignore the Soul’s wake up call. I get it! I share three suggestions on how you can begin to shift your mindset to a state of anticipation and appreciation to embrace the new day!
So, “ring the alarm”, let’s go!
