What's up podcast! In this episode, I'm discussing some recent changes I've had to make in my approach to nutrition. Spoiler alert--I gotta eat more fat! And ease up on fasting. I basically ended up losing too much weight with strict 2 meals a day, high P:E ratio.
With my exercise regimen--4am workouts (weights/cardio)--I simply have to eat more to sustain myself and maintain weight. If you're less active than that, you can probably get away with a very high protein to energy ratio! Meaning higher protein, moderate fat carnivore plan. I did for the past two years. But now that I'm training hard every day...I had to switch things up!
