“It’s okay to be seen.”
Feeling alone and isolated is more common than is discussed in our society. Whether it be from societal pressure, family, or from within, a lot of people feel this to some extent in their lifetime.
Joining the conversation is Sheng Vue, talented artist and creator of the movement Thriving on Love. Sheng’s movement is represented by drawings that focus on the female form, depicting a woman’s strength, truth, and freedom. The larger message of Thriving on Love is the existence of hope even in the depths of our darkest days, and healing begins when we decide to choose love. Sheng spent years battling depression and overwhelm that comes from a success obsessed society, and today she describes her journey, her message, and how a person can find hope and healing.
